3.  SERVICES PROVIDED

All Bay Plumbing Inc. provides licensed residential and commercial plumbing services throughout the Central Valley of California including Modesto, Stockton, Lodi, Elk Grove, Turlock, Oakdale, Livermore, and Merced, and surrounding communities.

 

All services are subject to:

 

  Availability and scheduling windows

  Site conditions and property access

  Final inspection and permit requirements where applicable

  Material availability and lead times

  Compliance with California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) requirements

 

Estimates provided are based on initial information and visible conditions at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery. Any material changes to scope or cost will be communicated to the customer before work proceeds.

 

4.  APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS

By scheduling service with All Bay Plumbing, you agree to:

 

  Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the plumbing issue

  Ensure reasonable access to the service location at the agreed time

  Comply with agreed scheduling windows and communicate promptly if circumstances change

  Ensure a responsible adult is present at the property during service

 

All Bay Plumbing reserves the right to:

 

  Reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, emergencies, or crew availability

  Refuse or discontinue service for safety, legal, health, or operational reasons

  Adjust the scope of work based on actual site conditions discovered during service

 

5.  PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to service. For larger commercial projects or multi-phase work, payment schedules will be outlined in a written service agreement.

 

We accept the following forms of payment:

 

  Credit cards and debit cards

  Cash

  Check (subject to verification)

  Financing options where available and approved

 

Failure to provide payment may result in service delays, additional administrative fees, placement of a mechanic's lien on the property where permitted by California law, or referral to a collections agency. All Bay Plumbing reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by California law.

 

6.  CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules change. Customers are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for non-emergency appointments.

Missed appointments, repeated late cancellations, or failure to provide site access at the scheduled time may result in a service call fee. All Bay Plumbing will communicate any applicable fees in advance.

 

7.  SMS AND COMMUNICATION TERMS

By providing your phone number to All Bay Plumbing Inc., you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from our business. These messages may include:
